  1. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. This timeframe allows you ample time to evaluate your shearling jacket and make a decision.

  2. Error on our part: If there is something wrong from our side, we have a free return policy. Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty or damaged order.

  3. For size-related issues: we offer a one-time free replacement. Please make sure to check our size chart before placing your order. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost for the first order, and we do not accept returns or exchanges from the same order twice.

  4. Fitting: We make sure to create the order according to the fitting information provided by the client. If there is an issue with the order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  5. In the event that you receive the wrong order, or the order is completely different from what you saw on our website. Please contact us immediately at support@shearland.com.

  6. Before sending out orders, we take pictures of the item(s) and keep them with us. In case you receive a faulty item, we will verify the pictures as proof.

  7. If we do not see a valid reason for the order to be returned, the buyer will have to pay a restocking fee of 20% of the entire order.

  8. Refund or Exchange: We offer the option to choose either a refund or an exchange for eligible shearling jackets. Our aim is to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase from our Shearland.

  9. Nature of Fine Leather: Please note that fine leather exhibits unique characteristics, including natural variations in texture, color, and markings. These distinctive qualities are inherent to the authenticity and allure of leather.   12. Return Shipping:  The shipping cost of the return is the responsibility of the client. We do not provide return labels/return shipping services at this time.

  13. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned jackets, we will process the refund within [5] business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
